MWCC students can use Search Everything on the Library website https://library.mwcc.edu to search the Library catalog, the databases, assignment and course-specific Research Guides and more through one search box.
MWCC students are members of HELM, a resource sharing network of libraries. This network allows students to borrow resources from nine academic libraries. Items requested from other libraries by placing a hold through the Library catalog can be picked up at the MWCC Library. Students can search the Library catalog on the Library homepage https://library.mwcc.edu for books, movies, music, e-books and more by clicking Search Books & More and using the search box provided.
Students can access more than 80 databases to search articles from scholarly/academic journals, magazines, newspapers, online videos, reference books and other formats in all subject areas by clicking the drop down arrow next to FIND on the library homepage https://library.mwcc.edu and selecting Library Databases.
In order to access the online databases from an off-campus location, you will be prompted to log-in with a user name and password. Your user name is your library barcode. Your password is your last name in all capital letters. Please see information here: https://library.mwcc.edu/databases .
In-person assistance is available at the LaChance Library on the Gardner Campus or at the Leominster Student Success Center.
