For Faculty: To Include in Your Course Syllabus

Library Information

MWCC students are members of a resource sharing network of libraries, C/W MARS. This network allows you to borrow resources from 8 academic libraries and 144 public libraries. Items requested from other libraries by placing a HOLD through the library catalog can be picked up at the MWCC library. Students can search the library catalog on the library homepage for books, movies, music, video games, e-books and more by choosing FIND BOOKS & MORE.

Students can access more than 80 databases to search articles from scholarly/academic journals, magazines, newspapers and reference books in all subject areas, as well as view streaming videos by choosing FIND ARTICLES: Choose a Database on the library homepage

In order to access the online research databases from an off-campus location, you will be prompted to log-in with your library card number -- 279451 followed by your student ID number -- and a password, which is your last name in all CAPITAL LETTERS.

Students can use Search Everything on the library homepage to search the library’s entire collection including books, databases, research guides and more through one search box.
