One-on-one research appointment offerings will begin for Spring 2021 starting February 1st.

• Schedule an appointment by emailing us at: library@mwcc.mass.edu
• You will receive an email from a librarian confirming your appointment.
• Technology requirements for your appointment:
  • Computer access with either speakers or headphones.
    • We will send you a link to log in at your appointment time.
    • Just open the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra link you were sent.
  • Cellphone
    • Click the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra link you were sent.
    • Open the Collaborate panel (purple icon on the lower right).
    • Click My Settings (wheel in icon menu at the bottom).
    • Under Audio and Video settings, choose Use your phone for audio.
    • Use Dial In telephone number and PIN provided.
