Need help ACCESSING the databases?

• STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF Your library card number is 279451 followed by your student/employee ID number--including the zeros.

• Password: Type your last name in all CAPITAL LETTERS. (If your last name is three letters long, add the first initial of your first name to the end. For instance, if your name is Diana Lee, your login name will be LEED.)

• Use Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox (NOT Internet Explorer).

• Set your browser set to accept cookies.

• Disable pop-up blockers.

• Some workplaces have firewalls that prevent database access. Try again from home.

• If none of these suggestions work, call the Library Circulation Desk at 978-630-9125.

• STUDENTS, your ID number can be found on Blackboard. Click your profile name on the left side menu. Your ID # is listed under "Basic Information".

• FACULTY AND STAFF your ID number can be found on Web Connect. First, log into the Employee Intranet (do NOT log into iConnect). Click on Web Connect. Click on My Profile. Look under the employee name on the left hand side. Your ID number can also be found on Blackboard and TargetX.
