Need help ACCESSING the databases?

• Your library card number is 279451 followed by your student ID number--including the zeros.

• Type your last name in all CAPITAL LETTERS. (If your last name is three letters long, add the first initial of your first name to the end. For instance, if your name is Diana Lee, your login name will be LEED.)

• Use Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox (NOT Internet Explorer).

• Set your browser set to accept cookies.

• Disable pop-up blockers.

• Some workplaces have firewalls that prevent database access. Try again from home.

• If none of these suggestions work, call the Library Circulation Desk at 978-630-9125.
