To schedule an appointment with a learning consultant, please visit our Online Management System, WCOnline, and register an account using your mwcc.edu e-mail address. WCOnline is accessible in multiple locations. Please note, learning consultations are held in three locations: face-to-face at the La Chance Library (Gardner), L201 (Leominster), and online. The appointment schedule is organized into 30-minute to 1-hour increments. Although we accept walk-in appointments, we strongly encourage students to schedule in advance.

To schedule an appointment with a learning consultant, please visit our Online Management System, WCOnline, and register an account using your mwcc.edu e-mail address.

We use WCOnline to schedule face-to-face and online appointments, record appointment data, and to share consultation notes and surveys with clients. Once your account is registered in WCOnline, you may schedule an appointment with a learning consultant based on subject area, location, and availability.
