MWCC Learning Commons Style Guide

This guide has been checked for the following:

1. LibGuide has an Introduction box with a brief description of the purpose and how it helps the user.

2. Use the Side Navigation layout only.

3. Have a mapped "Need Help?" (for the library) or "Learning Success Center" contact box in the left column, below the side navigation menu.

5. All boxes, pages and LibGuide titles are named properly.

7. Subpages and content has been kept to a minimum.

12. For long content, consider using bullets, numbered lists. If not possible, or for time-sensitive content, consider creating a Blog Post that is linked to the LibGuide. https://mwcc.libapps.com/libguides/admin/blogs

13. This guide has been evaluated for accessibility using one of the following tools: ANDI, WAVE or AInspector.

There are times when you will not be able to adhere to every guideline (for example, sometimes a link needs to be hyperlinked in a rich content box and it does not make sense to duplicate map it, see "violation" above). Use best judgement for bending the rules and making the best looking page possible.
